Daoyin (Advanced)

Water

Every routine is continues movement with controlled breathing. Daoyin is a flow of movement, from the rooted feet to the hands, the stretching is continues flow, the end of withdraw is the beginning of reaching out, the start of getting up is the end of going down. every step is a spiral movement with balance in mind and body.
